flywheel and pressure plate torque?

I am getting ready to do a clutch in my 90 alltrac and I have not yet recieved my service manual. I would really appreciate it if someone with the book could post the torque specs for the flywheel to crank and the pressure plate to flywheel. Thanks in advance.

My book says 80 ft-lbs for the flywheel to crankshaft and 14 ft-lbs for clutch cover to flywheel. I'm in the middle of changing mine now too.

Thanks for the info. I just got my engine out about 30 minutes ago. Only took 4 hours laying on the ground doing it.
