Wants to stall??LOW BOOST?? Gas wont go in tank

when i first turn on my 93 all trac it wants to stall idles around 400 rpm and stutters all over the place i go to drive it stutters and wont go i press gas all the way down and it kicks in and works. when it heats up i get perfect idle and works fine. i cannot figure it out the motor did the same thing before i had it rebuilt and it rots me. and my turbo will only boost till 5 psi and i had a turbo company rebuild it anyone have any ideas .

another problem im having is when i pump gas into my gas tank it squirts back at me sometimes like it wont go in the tank????????

As far as crappy cold idle, sounds like the isc valve is bad. It opens a passage around the tb so more air can get in the engine. If you have ac check and see if the rpms raise when you turn it on.
Dunno on the gas tank, try changing angle of nozzle :shrug:
