I have a '92 alltrac and was wondering if I were to have 3in exhaust custom header, front mount intercooler, and cold air intake, what kind of hp would I most likely be able to make? If I were to have that and cams, what then? Any other suggestions of modifications that would help a lot? stock turbo as well

You won't go far with stock turbo.
250hp give or take.
No fuel upgrading?
How much boost are you planning to run?

Actually, estimating horsepower is the right way to go about a project. You just have to do it the right way. Look at all the professional builders. They always set out a plan for desired hp and do the research and testing for the right combination of parts.

I'd say you could squeez around 250 maybe if you went up a couple pounds of boost. You would be at the limits of your fuel and flirting with danger though.

i would say to not be so optimistic when talkin about estimated horsepower.
so you never get disapointed.

i would estime around 250-260hp with those mods... maybe 15-20 more with cams, but id change for a bigger turbo instead of cams... changing cams take bigger benefits when you already have more mods.
