want to know how to clock a turbo down

any help appreciated

If you are just changing the compressor housing, you can use snap ring pliers on the big c-clip and turn the housing. The wastegate is bolted to the housing, so you have to remove it first. If you clock the housing farther down, there will no longer be a place for the wastegate to mount, so you must fab something up.
ST165, then ST165, then ST185, then ST165.
