If its anything similar to ASI the 185 would be slightly thicker (52mm vs 46mm) and it does not have the water cooler outlet next to the top main hose. Otherwise they are the same

Good! I don't use the water outlet anyway. Thanks!

FYI, I have a write-up on my Mishimoto radiator installation on an ST185 on my "Project Car" thread with photos here:

viewtopic.php?f=44&t=22973&p=446018#p446018

In short, it was a very simple and almost perfect swap from stock and fits very well. No comment on performance yet as I need to do a track or autcross day to see (sorry, no true water temp gauge).

Can I reuse my radiator cap with this radiator? I have a genuine TRD cap. Or do I have to use their's?

Also anyone running the mishmoto fans?

I'm not sure about the cap but I could try later.

I'm using one of their slim fans and it works great for my application.

I'll try swapping the caps in the am when I'm off, if I remember and I'll let you know.

i have the mishimoto on my ST185 with standard green coolant and an aftermarket fan. (just a single one on the driverside of the rad). The last few track events I did were mostly 35-50mph and 90% in top of 2nd gear. in 80 degree weather and a hot track, I was only able to drive for 10-15 minutes before the temp gauge started going up (slowly). I think the problem is with overall airflow at those low speeds. The stock alltrac bumper is much too restrictive. I plan to get an ST185RC bumper and better dual fans to hopefully address the issue. I've done some hard driving at faster speeds (55-90mph) without any issues. hope that helps you guys.

my AutoPwr rad uses a Mishimoto cap because an OEM one wouldn't fit, so unless Mishimoto has a few different sizes of cap, anything that fit OEM won't work on a Mishi.
