ECU differences

What exactly is the difference between the 90 and 93 ECU? I have a 90 and the GF just got a 93. Why cant I use my AEM EMS on it?

ok i compared Engine Control documents and several pins are moved. Is that it only pin location? there isn't some sort of weird logic im not seeing?

All you have to do is repin.
