Hybrid Power boostcontrollers

I researched them a fair bit previously and they had some good reviews so I bought one a while back, I ended up going in a different direction but they seemed like a good middle ground between an MBC and an EBC.

Best boost controller I've ever had and used, Apexi AVCR. It's a bit big, but it's ACCURATE! Otherwise, most guys I know still believe in the trusty HKS EVC4.

Hi

Any recomendations regarding electronic boostcontroller for my 1991 ST185?

I have had a look at these: https://www.hybrid-power.com/hdi-electronic-product . Have anyone tried one of these? :)

I bought the super SE something electric one because of underscore's suggestion. I just installed it a week ago too.
It works good. I still get boost spikes but not as much as I was getting with the MBC I had. If I'm idling I hear the solenoid clicking away since it's mounted to my driver side shock tower but it's not too bad. I mounted the controller inside the center console. I just took out the CD slotted holder and double sided taped it inside.
Worked out great as per the install and the lid closes fine
It has a hi and low boost setting. I have the low at 10 and the hi on 16-17. I don't bother with the low setting and sometimes I hit fuel cut at 18 or 19 (whatever it's at on a gen3)
