spring rate?

I am building a ST165 for my friend and would like to get some options on suspension. I am going to get the white line bushing kit with the sway bars. I am not sure what springs to get though. Are there any companies that raise or leave the Celica at stock hight for off road use.

I would like to know the different spring rates of all the manufactures. I would also like to know the amount the springs raise or lower the car.

You won't find spring rate info anywhere for most of the aftermarket springs. There are two reasons for this:

1) Most street springs are progressive. In otherwords, the spring rate depends on how much the spring is compressed
2) Spring rate is like the secret receipe for most spring manufacturers so they are not willing to provide that info readily.

If you want a choice in spring rates give Ground Control a call. They can set you up with a set of bolt on coilovers with whatever spring rate you want.
