Thanks for the post.

Other coilover makers charge so much for extra camber plates etc...

We've sold over 50 custom kits since last june, ~20 of them were for dedicated track cars. And we only had the following problems:

- one shock arrived leaky
- 2 shocks with default from factory
- one noisy pillow ball
- 2 shocks valved too low for the spring rate
- and a few minor fitment issues when first making a model, now almost all our specs are spot on, if any problem we will modify the drawings and send the right parts straight away.

I keep good communication with customers, you can expect a reply to messages within the hour if not instantly, during daytime of course lol.

And i can say that 98% of the customer have been satisfied with the product and the service.

Here's another video of a custom who bought a set in september. He's been racing a lot since then. He's using stiff springs 16kg front and 14kg rear.

Anyone heard from Cedric recently? I ordered coilovers last month and wanted to follow up on when I would expect delivery but communication has dropped off since the order. I know he stated 20-30 day wait and that time frame is nearing. I know he is most likely busy but with that much money spent I am getting nervous not hearing from him after a few follow up emails.

Thank you guys. He had responded to me late last week that he is working a some redesign for some of the parts. Def eased up any worries about it a little. No tracking info yet but hopefully they won't be held in customs for very long either. Just can't wait to drive my car again after 3yrs. Thanks guys for all the help and advice. Ill keep you guys updated.

don't underestimate customs guys, some of them can be real asshats, i was lucky enough to find someone that was actually helpful the second time. he actually went through the "warehouse" as he called it and found my package, setting it aside for immediate next day shipping, i had it 3 days later. i'm not sure if cedric will ship the same way since it has been a year at least since i ordered mine, but it was some weird shipping company that ended up tracking through usps. i would just email him again, anyone can use another reminder.

what may i ask did you get for spring rates and valving? what are you going to be using it for?

Probably whatever his national postal service is, once it crosses the border it changes over ie when you yanks ship me something with USPS, Canada Post drops it off.

Has anyone got these installed and put some mileage on them? The two way seems promising.
