Turning noise. Spring scraping tire well

Back again with another question.. Been waiting on the repair manual without that I feel helpless.. But.. I was wondering about a noise when I turn the wheel.. I jacked the car up and when I turn the right strut assembly spring is grinding against the tire well. I it doesn't seem to be destroying the tire well it just makes noise.. I was wondering why this is happening and if there is a simple fix. Like an alignment or new struts? If anyone knows what's up I'd be super appreciative. If no one knows ill post pictures tomorrow..

We will definitely need a picture or two to see what's going on. The stock setup shouldn't get anywhere near rubbing.
