You can buy an OEM reman rack directly from Toyota for 240. It comes with new inner tie rods and boots (which are expensive in of itself).
In fact, directly from Toyota, the inner tie rods are 128 a piece online, and boots and hardware is 35 per side.
That alone is obviously more than a complete reman. rack with everything except the outer tie rods.

Thats not too bad. I deleted mine and depowered the rack correctly... Still too heavy for my liking.

ok i found a cardone reman with inner tie rods on rock auto parts website for 152.79 plus 75.00 core, and a ATSCO reman for 198.99 plus $56 core charge, this is for the gts tho, not alltrac, if that makes a difference. dont know about the quality but i think il get one of these.
The part came from www.1sttoyotaparts.com and there is a $150 core charge. So up front, the cost isn't cheap, but obviously you'll return your old PS rack, assuming it's still in rebuildable condition for them.
