Do all celica's come with power steering?

I wanted to convert my celica to non power steering and wanted to know if any st18x comes without power steering?

Checking on partznet.com they show only power steer for the st18x.

all of them came with it. Just pull all the stuff out and leave the stock rack. It isn't to bad with the stock rack and no power.

I pulled it off my 92, it wasn't too bad.
I put it back on tho, after about a year. I got sick of slow corners and it's harder to get a alignment w/out it.

Why do you want yours off?

I don't want to worry about p/s leaks and more parts that need to be changed. Also weight savings and 5 extra horse wouldn't be too bad

If none came without ps then i'll just keep it on. Usually non ps racks have a higher gear ratio for easier turning and lock to lock is less. Just plugging the lines are fine, but it'll be harder then regular non ps rack.

i dont recomend doin it

my 240 now has power steering leak.

i have it disconected right now as to not burn out the pump. been driving on it like that for like 3 weeks. its not bad at high speeds. but driving aoun town sucks. epsecialy goin in and out of tight sparking pots

if you do make sure you dont have a really small stearing wheel.
