Ichiba vs H&R?

So I'm looking for either 20 or 25mm wheel spacers in the rear.

I'll be running 17x9 35+ with 255/40.

I have brand new stock OEM wheel studs.

There's two brands, Ichiba and H&R that seem to be reputable.

On either of those, it seems I would need to run the setup that bolt to the stock hub and has its own studs pressed into the spacer.

Several questions:

1) Overall, which do you recommend, ichiba or h&r?

2) Should I even consider running this style stud, or should I put in extended ARP studs?

3) If ARP extended studs, what's the part # you've found to work?

4) To confirm, our center bore is 54.1?

Honestly, I don't want to pull the knuckle/hub apart all over again just to put in extended ARP wheel studs, unless i'm convincned it's absolutely necessary/safer to do because the other setup is a "for-sure" crap deal. I didn't think I'd be needing or using them so I went with OEM new studs.

I hear about Ichiba studs being of sub-optimal quality with complaints of them breaking or what not. Not sure if people aren't running hub ring, etc to help reduce load on the studs. I haven't really heard much about the H&R studs being poor quality yet (DRM style).

What do you guys think?

Will be running upwards of 500+hp.

I'm personally using the H&R spacers and found them to be fantastic quality.

I ran h&r spacers on the rear for several years with no problems. Some of what I read on spacers is pressed style is preferred over 15-20mm. I would run 25mm in the rear. The rear fenders flare a bit more than the fronts so you will have a little bit more space to fill, plus it gives you guaranteed clearance of any struts. I have the exact setup you are doing (38et instead of 35) and even with I can go another 10+mm in the rear.

But you guys aren't running extended studs, correct?

I use bolt on and the extended studs on the race car. HR is good stuff and a company I deal with.

Seems like you can't find them cheaper than 150 bucks-ish...spending money on this car never ends!

Searching by the part number provided by H&R's website, I see autoplicity has them for the cheapest...too good to be true? I've never heard or dealt with them.
