heres a pic of the front set comparing new to old, I forgot to snap one for the rears  .
They are Energy Suspension bushings. Just in case anybody is wondering, the front needs 1" bushings, and the rear takes 11/16".
I have noticed a total difference in handling since I installed the new bushings. Looking at my old cruddy ones it's totally understandable why.
These bushings have Zirk fittings(is that really what they are called? for some reason I have that name in my head.. ) on them and a channel inside for grease so they dont squeak .
