St185 brake caliper replacement

Is there any other car that has a relatively good brake setup to replace my st185 calipers.
I know the Porsche calipers and 205.... Etc.
but common cars that can be found in local wrecking yards, will anything fit that could be considered an upgrade?

The revolution wilwood kit is good. Add track pads and it up to hard trackdays. Can't fault it.

I would like to get it but I got more to fix so I can't spend 900 on just front brakes. Hopefully one day.

Ok fair call just keep in mind good pads and rotors plus fluid and braided lines is like $4-700 so you may not save as much as expected.

IMO Porsche 6 piston plus good pads and rotors would be better than wilwoods but it's hard to find and engineer the gear to fit.

I went as far as I could with stock calipers even with ducting I'd cook them in 4-6 laps. Now they don't get close.
