Either the struts are over lowered, or or you have extra long springs on those teins. The green springs lead me to believe you have the SS model, as the HAs used a black spring.
Yeah pretty sure you're right they are the Tein SS as they have green top mounts unlike the gold ones on the HA
Not sure if they are long springs or not, i honestly didn't think my car was lowered that much? I've got about 3 inches before the bottom perch bottoms out

See if you can find the PDF manual. It has all the info on them. Then you can measure from the top of your wheel well to the center of your wheel to figure out your ride height settings.

I wish that were the case. The Tein Super Street is a super budget coilover. The only height adjustment is the spring perch. The lower body doesn't spin for height adjustment.

Well... This is embarrassing.
Upon closer inspection. The wheels are 17x9.5 +38
Seller has them advertised as 17x9 +35... When I bought the wheels they looked great, glanced at the rear face to verify the enkei stamp and saw the 17 9 and what I thought was 35... But I was wrong hahaha
Anyway. Even with the 5mm spacer I had to add positive camber using the play in the lower strut mount. Added negative camber back in through the top hat/camber plates. Lowered the front a half inch and now it's great!
Still need to lower the rear and roll fenders. Pics soon.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I am having the same issue. Did you use 5mm spacers all around to clear the struts?

I'm currently using a 3mm spacer in the front and for my wheels I would not use any lower due to the thickness of the mounting point. Your best bet is to buy 5 washer that are the same size and use those to measure. I did that for testing. Just don't drive on them.

check ur camber bolts, the 2 bolts that hold strut and knuckle together.
most likely u have them set as far back to negative camber and whats going on is the knuckle is bending towards
negative camber, u want to have the knuckle and the coilover straight together, and adjust camber from the top camber
look under the car and c the position of the knuckle/strut r they bent?
jack the car up loosen the bolts and shift the wheel to more postive camber with ur hand and tighten the bolts,
that way u have more space/clearance between the wheel/tyre and the coilover
