I'm currently using a 3mm spacer in the front and for my wheels I would not use any lower due to the thickness of the mounting point. Your best bet is to buy 5 washer that are the same size and use those to measure. I did that for testing. Just don't drive on them.

check ur camber bolts, the 2 bolts that hold strut and knuckle together.
most likely u have them set as far back to negative camber and whats going on is the knuckle is bending towards
negative camber, u want to have the knuckle and the coilover straight together, and adjust camber from the top camber
plate.
look under the car and c the position of the knuckle/strut r they bent?
jack the car up loosen the bolts and shift the wheel to more postive camber with ur hand and tighten the bolts,
that way u have more space/clearance between the wheel/tyre and the coilover
