I'm running the ones from Two's R us as well, working fantastically thus far!

Thanks Mr. Hawkins

If someone's willing to be a guinea pig for the fronts, let me know. You'd have to replace the pair to avoid preloading the bar, but I don't see any reason why a link that's about 1/4" longer wouldn't work.

I'll have to order the male parts in to make them...would take about a week after ordering.

I've sold about 25 sets of fronts, so there must be some people who can post up their opinions...

Is it normal that RB links are under stress in the joints when installed as they don't flex as easily as the stock joints? The mounting surfaces of the strut housing and the sway bar are not parallel, so some force needs to be applied in order to fit the links. Will urethane hold the load reliably?
When in doubt - increase boost.

Are the RB endlinks that can be used as an upgrade for the 185 be used on the 165? Would like to order a set but need to for sure.

Thanks

type in joints - hit arrow search
first choice in that side bar for ball joints - click on it
enjoy the searching! just about everything you can imagine.
mine have 4000lb rating and 3/8" holes, which is a touch bigger than stock IIRC.

The 'Ebay" link to the Mercedes rear sway bar links is dead.

Does anyone have the Mercedes part number for these?

Below is a summary of what I have found....

Racingbeat $56 (Adjsutable)
http://www.racingbeat.com/resultset.asp?PartNumber=54200

Twosrus $75 (Adjustable)
http://www.twosrus.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=24_79&products_id=254&osCsid=2e37b6344b275529daaa0f7552504c86

Nolathane $74.52 (Non Adjustable)
http://www.gimmecarparts.com.au/search.cfm?SearchCategory=TP825
Pic... http://www.redranger.com.au/images/products/complete-swaybar-links.pdf

935 Motorsports $75 (Adjustable)
http://www.twosrus.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=254

Mercedes $32 (Non Adjustable)
? part number

I know the Mercedes ones were $32 back in '05. I've put over 30k miles on a set of them and they're doing just fine. But the ebay link is dead and I can't find the Mercedes part number for them. We need another set for a different Alltrac.

Does anyone know the Mercedes part number?

Thanks,
Andy
