Which turbo timer?

I'm in the market for a turbo timer, and I've settled on an HKS Type 1- off of ebay. I have 2 questions- is this a good timer? 2. Are those instructions in english? (The harness box has japanese written all over it! ) Thanks-

Any of them will do the job.
Buy a harness and it'll make thing easier.

instructions are in english..harness is a lot easier and isnt too much 20 give or take...

Are there places in the US you can pick up a harness?
Only ones I've ever seen are in UK.

i actually have a harness for an HKS turbo timer type 0 but i can't remember if it's for a 165 or 185. I bought it a long time ago with plans of installing it but my friend bought it from me and i kept the harness.
