Ok so i bought this awhile back. and the directions i was given were not in english. has any one done this to an st165? or could any one help?

Here are a few links that might help. I have one on my ST205. Do not follow my pin-out diagram. The ST205 is a T14 pinout the ST165 is a T12.

I've never seen of one of those before. Is it some kind of ignition delay to help you build boost?

I don't think that's what it was intended for originally but it does work. Basically a 2 step/ stutter box.

Can't be good for my ceramic shafted turbo :doh:

its basically what redcelicaTRD said. it has a preset rev limit, and then once it hits that it builds boost by stuttering the ignition.

does anybody happen to know what the handbrake swtich is? or where it is located? ecause i have to hook the white wire to it, and i was wondering if its on the ecu or if its somewhere else

take your handbrake boot off then you'll see it
