Better fix. Remove the tvis.

Couldn't you just use a VTEC controller? My plan is to do what the Honda guys do, open the TVIS and do a dyno pull, close the TVIS and do a dyno pull, and where the two curves cross is where I'll set it to activate.

U can do that. But if u compare the tvis plate to the head ports u will see how restricted the tvis is.

Isnt there a fair amount of low end powerr loss with the tvis removed on a stockish motor?

About 10 ftlbs if I correctly recall a dyno plot from MR2OC.
