strange problem(electrical)

i have relocated my main fuse box in the glovebox. the car cranks but no sparks... other peoblem is that the fuel relay buzzes as soon as the key is ON. and goes away when i crank the car over... now i can solve this problem by touching the E1(ground) to the case of the ECU... :shock:
what's my problem here? what other ground i can add to eliminate this problem?
i'll get this problem solved then i'll move on with the no spark issue.

ok so my car runs now.... but still have the temporary fix.


why would it work properly when i have the E1 touching the case? what would be a proper fix for that problem?
