1 wire O2 sensor. P/N needed

i have a JDM RC. my O2 has only 1 wire. which part number can i use to get one from toyota? also, which online O2 sensor store can i trust to buy a cheaper one but yet good quality?

you only gave the P/N for the 4 wire sensor, i need for 1 wire sensor

Here you go 234-1053 for 1 wire with connector

234-1051 for 1 wire without connector

I had a 1-wire O2 sensor when I used the RC ECU...
