Help with ECU ID

So I picked up a JDM engine, it came with harness and what not as well as an ECU, I am worried that the guy gave me the wrong ECU so I want to check the part number before I go bitching to him.
Its s red label,
#89661-20690
denso number 175700-1942 12V

Thanks for any help, I even googled these numbers, but, my russian is a bit off

Toyota EPC indicates that it is from a normally aspirated JDM Celica ST182 / ST183:
