vacuum valve on st185

ok guys im curious what this valve is its on the fire wall close to the right hand side (rhd) just near the brake booster. it has 2 wires and two vacuum lines and is spliced into the turbo pressure valve?
again its an australian delievered st185 and im trying to install a st205 engine and ecu.
any help on what it is and what it does would be great.

Damn, i cant remember what that one is for... maybe AirCon idle up?

It cant have been too important though, i removed it :P
