Need help identifying ecu connector pins

It's for the 22 pin ecu connector from a '92 st185rc. These are the only pins that do not match up with my US connector.
ECO, PSCT, CCO, ABS, FL, EGW

I've tried searching for RC wiring diagrams but none that I have found cover these in enough detail. I'm assuming the ECO is for the different AC and ABS is for abs. Would it be ok if I just plugged the US ecu 22 pin connector into the jdm rc ecu without modifying it?

Have you traced them out to see where they go?

Off the top of my head, I only remember EGW. Its the EGT/Cat temp sensor warning output, and can be left disconnected (especially if you aren't running the cat temp sensor!).

That's good news then. I'm sure one if the others would have to be for the electronic speedometer. I think I'll just try plugging it in and see what happens since all of the other pins line up (except the 6 that don't exist on my stock dash harness).
