Only one person for Haltech support around here. If my Megasquirt setup isn't done in time for Escort, i'll be going Haltech for that.

I'm kinda really thinking AEM for Celica, since anyone and their mother can tune an AEM. I can deal with the setup myself i suppose, but a PNP is always nice.

Guess i'm making my own harness from scratch. Oh well, always wanted an excuse to play with Amphenol connectors. :)

honestly, AEM has not been at thier best here lately. if they would upgrade their hardware it would be nice. haltech on the other hand has grown dramatically in the last 2 years. and they are forever updating and upgrading. they have a new ignitor for those going COP. requires no ignition amp and outperforms most on the market now. good stuff. and it's cheap at that! i can't give haltech enough credit for what they have been doing in the last couple years. i'm very pleased that i am onboard with them. the platinum series are amazing and upgradable. great warrenty and flawless software.

hand wiring my engine has probabily been the easiest thing i've done. much cleaner. the only hard part was seperating the alternator area from the stock harness. the rest was freaking gravy. just a little time consuming.

Man i keep missing these posts.

Funny you mention that... depending on how the Haltech Platinum Sport 1000 goes with the Escort, i will very likely be using the Haltech Platinum Sport 2000 on the Celica.

Soo... good call!
