Looking for a Techtom dealer, PacNW if possible

Hey all,

I recently picked up an engine-less All-trac and picked up a JDM ST165 front clip at a local importer. The engine was modded, as was the ECU. Lucky me, but it would be nice to know what it does. :)

A friend of mine who's an electrical engineer identified the the ECU setup as a Techtom. So now I need to find a Techtom dealer and see what this ECU has been mapped to do, and if it needs to be re-flashed for US gas, etc.

Anybody know a Techtom dealer? I'm in the Seattle area, so that'd be the coolest for me. Personal delivery and all that. :)

Thanks for your time!

There's not many around.

http://www.atsracing.com (Texas)
http://www.monsterhorsepower.com (Alberta Canada)
Yoshio's shop in Ontario, Canada

ATS is probably your best option though. They do mail order solutions.

Thanks Chris for the referrals, I really appreciate it!

The ATS Racing site looks like it's not really what you expected to send me to. Looks like some internet squatter put a portal page on the domain name. Sorry, geek-speak. :)

I am dropping RTCS an e-mail (the one in Canada) and see what they can tell me, or who in the States they can refer me to do.
I'll let you know what I find out!

ATS Racing does not pride themselves in their website being flashy.

They have a pretty good rep. and a LOOOONG list of customer cars!

Don't think it has to do with a .net or .com or .car or .sex :)

As a matter of fact; to my knowledge ATS Racing is the ONLY place in the US that has Tectom s/w and knows how to use it.

ATS Racing has also helped the MR2/Alltrac Community for YEARS. Aaron's personal car has over 500whp if I recall.

I agree that a good website helps. But it's not the reason I choose to do business with a company.

On the Techtom Rom Board there will be a square chip, about the size of a postage stamp. There is probably a TYS????? number on there. Let me know what it is and I'll see if I can find out who programmed that ECU. If you are EXTREMELY lucky, like lottery lucky it will not have a TYS number but instead have a NS or N/S.

Yes I'm a dolt. The actual web site is: http://www.atsracing.net ... .NET! oops

RCTS is in my city, Calgary. Their shop is ~10 minutes from my house actually. Personally I would not really recommend going through them. The owner (Reg Reimer), although quite knowledgeable, only rarely works on a 3sgte. Most of his customers are 2jzgte or BMW guys. Plus his prices are roughly double what ATS does work for. (and they do 3sgte tuning every day!)

Hey Aaron!

Small world, I've been talking to Ken Blake about this very thing today and he chatted with you.

You're talking about the processor, right? There is a blue sticker that says "S10600"

Should I go out and buy a Lotto ticket yet? :)
