TSC & TVSV

How/Which sensor activates the TSC ecu signal...does it come directly from the TVSV?
It works the other way around.
The ECU is not using just a single sensor.
It uses knock sensor, air temp sensor, coolant temp sensor, etc...
If the condition is right, the ECU activates the t-vsv by sending 12v to the t-vsv via tpc wire.
The vsv then opens and bleeds air out of the WG actuator and allows car to boost more.
(The t-vsv is normally closed)
BTW, it's TPC, not TSC

Bumping this back up, what would happen if I had the TVSV signal wire unplugged from the ECU and tied to ground all the time? Would having the TVSV open when not boosting cause any problems?

The reason I ask is with my 3" exhaust I hit 15psi in 3/4/5, that's as high as I want to go so if I can do this to get 15psi in 1/2 then I can avoid buying a boost controller.
