there are 2 ways: either right next to the ECU (behind the console box via the passenger side) where you splice into specific wires or the boost pressure sensor connection on the firewall. You would splice into some of those wires, too.
I found the link.... this is to connect to the boost pressure sensor electrical connection at the firewall.

This is for an MR2 but you'll be able to figure out what and where it is on the Celica.
The label on it that says "sensor assy-turbo pressure" .
It only has one hose,(this is the boost sensor) and one electrical harness. You want to splice into the electrical harness...
