i found this for MR2's and i was wondering if it would fit an alltrac?

you cant read the info on it unless you sign up, but it says:
"You are viewing Brand New Set of 'Pillow Ball Tie Rod Ends' designed specifically for the SW20 MR2 by the highly respected MR2 Specialist company, Phoenix Power. When you lower your car you change the suspension geometry (toe) of your SW20 and the items are highly recommended on any lowered SW20."

I believe this would work... This would be a great way to eliminate bump steer! Excellent find....do you know the price by any chance?

Pegasus racing has tons of different ball joints, spherical bearings, tie rod ends etc. for all sorts of race cars...

Go to www.pegasusautoracing.com and you'll know what I mean. I am not 100% sure they'll have everything you need but they are the guys I got all my brake lines and adaptors for my wilwoods from. They also know car stuff....;) Have them send you a catalog...

cool will do.

As for those phenoix power ones, i think when i stop by the toyota dealership today, im going to see if MR2's have the same part number as ours.

These also came up. im not sure i even know what they're for, but they want $ 378.38 + shipping for them

You are viewing Brand New Set of 'Roll Center Adapters' designed specifically for the SW20 MR2 by the highly respected MR2 Specialist company, Phoenix Power. These are a must on any lowered SW20. When you lower your car you change the suspension geometry of your car. These will correct your roll center and allow you to have the original steering feel while having your car lowered.

Sounds like they correct "bump" steer. As long as your aren't slammed to the ground, I don't think you'll need something like that.

I wish someone could have a spherical bearing that would fit the rear control arms of an ST184!

Certainly wouln't be as beneficial as a roll center adjustment shim...very think shim (1.5 inches maybe..) Hopefully I can make one soon...

I just saw this. Keep us posted if anyone finds an affrodable set. I have always found our stock tierod ends to be a weak point in our cars.

Well, those ones defiantly aren't "affordable" in comparison to other options (since just getting new stock ones are around $50 IIRC) plus they don't look the same as stock tie rod ends.

i actually got a worn tie rod end off a local parts car (since the steering rack was bent very badly and was about to be tossed) and i would like to take some measurements, call up the site that gtfour77 recommended, and see if they have something that they could put together for me. But thats on a long list of things that will take a little while to get done. ill make a new thread if some major progress goes through (especially since my tie rod ends are pretty worn)

whosp,
Don't know what I was thinking. But now that I look at it.
Would it even be possible to use these endlinks, by cutting off one end, and taping it.

no as i said, they endlinks are completely different. i can post up photos of the stock endlinks and the stock tie rod ends if you would like though.
