That is so incredibly not a forum question, way too complicated to describe quickly, involves a wideband and/or EGT gauge, and lots of datalogging. Great way to blow up your motor if you just get a quick answer from a forum. Aside from the fact that I have heard from many people that a S-AFC doesn't work well for Toyota ECU applications.
