Toyota Dyna (Toyota but not an alltrac)

Does anyone have any links to websites with info on Toyota Dynas, or modifying them? It is very difficult to research this model, it is primarily only sold in Japan.

Thanks, Marc

before i was going to say "what is a dyna?" i had to look it up.

oh, okay, it's their 2-ton commercial truck (or lorry as the brits would call them) LOL...
i'd rock a long-wheelbase one with car transport :)

anyways, yeah, can't seem to find much info on them...
searching on ToyotaNation doesn't yield any substantial results either...

i can't imagine an enthusiasts base around a commercial truck, though; just saying... although i'm sure in japan they probably have these things set up to run the nurburgring rofl...

Has Dyna ever sold in US?

However, in Japan, you have about 20 different models from 1977 up to today...
With about 15 different engines 2L up to 4.2L (most of them are diesel or turbo diesel).
I've looked on the engines list and I didn't see any model that is commonly used somewhere else (as much as I know)...

Bottom line, either you customize modifications for yourself or you can forget about it... :-)

If you have one, give me the VIN number and I'll see what you have there and will try to find shared parts with common models...

Good luck...
