i was being nice and just cruising home. this stupid g8 gtp was just egging me on. after the 4th time he did it i snapped and let him have it. needless to say i didn't see him again after that. also safe to say i feel bad for going that fast and not noticing it.

If there are that many 4th Gens at this cruise then I'll make the trek up from Saint Louis next time it happens.....

just like you willie...i had a pos potanic trying race me for like miles. and i just stayed at 70-75 mph not doing much at all.

and eventually he got fed up that i was not going to race him.

red car does handle well at speed...plus it is red car...i love red car

that's the thing: i didn't expect nearly as many ST165s, it was awesome... made me miss my old black ST165-- that was such an unmolested nice car... *sigh*

Willie are you sure it was a G8? I did see a Dodge Challenger next to you when we were getting on the Highway off of Rt40.

I took the tunnel home, that was plenty of incentive to get a decent exhaust.

Uugh looks like a fun meet. I'll try to organize a winter meet if time permits and school isn't too busy this semester.. Sure looks like a fun meet!

Hey guys I had an absolute BLAST, this was my first Alltrac meet and I really enjoyed it. I think the turnout was good also. Highlights of the meet would have to be going around that blind corner at roughly 55-60mph in a 25mph and seeing that police officer sitting there :shock: :shock: , and everyone downshifting and braking frantically :doh: :lol: :lol: . Another was going through the covered bridge and revving like crazy, I still have a headache :rofl: :rofl: . I really enjoyed hanging out with all you guys and can't wait until the next meet . Here are a few pics:

Lamont, don't throw away that brick camera of yours!!! It takes really good pictures-- it must have a really good CCD and/or lens, cos despite the # of megapixels, that's really what matters more (esp. if just sharing on the web). Your photos came out very sharp and nice!~~

Thanks Mike, the pics came out better than I had hoped, but I still think it's time for an upgrade . Most new digital cameras come with a video and audio option and a much better zoom :wink: :wink: at 3x optical and no digital zoom at all it is pretty useless at a sporting event unless I have really good seats :roll: :roll: . I'll keep using it for now, because I really can't squeeze a new camera into my limited budget at the moment :bangshead: :bangshead:

Great pics! It was awesome seeing everyone. Cool to see new faces too. I was really pissed when the car wouldnt go that morning. Oh well. I need to revise my timeline for not screwing with a car before a meet. New OE alternator is here, picking up friday. When to install, is another question... :twisted:
