Anyone good with AEM EMS

so im looking for someone you understands how to properly use and investigate engine problems with the AEM ems
i do have aem pro installed, aem tunner also, just want to know if anyone can help me out setting up a couple of
things

What is the problem?

Certain things like diagnosis of sensor failures ETC are easy on an ems, but other things can be a pain. If anything mechanical is wrong the EMS cant help you.

Also you can only use one software, AEM PRO is for SERIES 1, and AEM TUNER is for series 2 you cant switch over
