Yea these are brand new.
I hadn't even thought of that as when I was asking the supplier what he could get me he juss told me +38 would be the lowest I could get so.... I took what I could get I tried asking another supplier but response time wasn't that great as who I went with, 'Evasive Motorsports' I never realized the wheel pattern (7J,9J)? Would make a difference maybe I'll see what I can do on another set, more research needed.

Don't get me wrong, they are awesome anyway! But you don't buy SARV2's strictly for performance as they are quite heavy. Hence a wider, flush staggered setup would be a realistic option as well since you can order any offset and dish type you want. :)

Fair point though Gary. I just can't complain with 8J/225 over here.. No probs. 10J is a bit over the top though, imo. :D

here are my wheels. they are sportmax962 17x7 with +38 offset and 25mm spacers, 17x9 with +35 offset and 25mm spacers. you can find more pics at my project thread:

18x8 OZ Superturismo.
Contemplating replacing with some 16" or 17" chrono's. Or refinish these wheels to look new, & possibly paint white.

What do you guys think?

The 18s look a little big to me .. I think 17s would fit nicer & the Cronos would be a lot easier to keep clean with only 5 spokes instead of like 1200 on those Superturismos

My near mint '88 Alltrac w/ 15x7.5 +20 Rota Slipstreams w/ 205/60/15 rubbers, need to drop down to a 195/60/15 to get the rubbing under control as well as roll the fenders and a set of coilovers.

why didn't you get a huge ass lip 9J+10 rear setup?

how about ride quality?

Bah! Just don't let go of your steering wheel and you'll be fine. :p

I'm with Renee on this one. If it's a street car, go for low offsets. 8)

Finally got new wheels today. Wife made me get new ones instead of fixing the old ones (one was bent). Lenso Project D (aka Raiden D1R) 17x7 35 offset, wrapped in Yokohama Parada Spec 2 in 215/40/17. VERY happy with them, and light at under 20lbs each.

Thanks. I had been looking for these since I found out about them. I might get a set of the 17x9 after I do my hub conversion.
