Need help with Vac Line
hello everyone
I recently had a machanic work on my car, that I no longer wish to use. since he worked on my car noe the timing is off my a/c is not working and now I find this Vac line disconnected.

Can anyone tell me where it goes.
I have a 1990 GTS 5S-FE

If I remember right that goes down to the power steering pump. There should be two such lines next to each other. Someone more versed in the 5S should correct me if I'm wrong

That particular line actually goes up to the cruise control unit.
