with the alignment, and this bushings, the steering feels like i could perform open heart surgery with my tires. i love it.
neat little gas tank cover
robs alltrac and mine
and a set of blizzaks and ready for pulsar to romp in the snow in...i am pretty stoked for snow, i would get fancy tired for scarlet but she sits too low for real snow driving, thus not worth it, and being the fact that she is not longer a garage queen, i do not want her out on the salt nasty roads so pulsar/whitney will be the dedicated winter/commuter cars...well once i get whitney timed and inspected.
as per the Porsche calipers and two piece STi rotors with MOTUL RBF600 fluid with SS brake lines matched to EBC Yellow stuff, the brake power of that car is amazing, seriously brakes that make my other 4 pot's look silly in terms of performance. Seriously some of the best brakes i have ever experienced not saying that i go around test driving cars all the time but when i have been in other performance vehicles as a passenger or been graced with the trust to drive one, to date i have yet to experience brakes as awesome as the setup i have on scarlet, but ONE fault i find, is that they squeal really bad and have been for the duration of owning them, at first i thought it was the pads breaking in, cause i have heard that EBC Yellows doing that...but it still is happening, plus i was told that once i get them hot that it should make them quieter, but nope no difference....so then i thought it was the brakes ears that the pads rest on in the caliper, cause they are deadly close to the rotor, so i took a bit MORE material off from the caliper(i had taken some off before the install) and still no luck, i can probably put a penny between the ears and the rotor and have it fit loosely. thus i am not so convinced it is that...so something is going on, but regardless it is no fault of the calipers but something that i am missing or did wrong or something but i am sure i will figure it out or some one will be like dan you dummy! but yeah I love the brakes.
Remember you CAN NOT fit these calipers on 16 inch rims...with out modification. And that is all i will say on that note.
