15psi might hag been to much for it, did you reset the mbc after the exhaust? Do you have an aftermarket boost gauge? Maybe the boost increased after the exhaust.

After the exhaust install, the car never saw higher than 13-15psi. I made sure to watch the gauge. Unless it spiked without me noticing, but I would have hit fuel cut, and that never happened.

are you running an RC engine/ecu because the fuel cuts are different than the regular 185

Stock USDM ST185 AllTrac. I have only ever hit fuel cut at 17psi. I have hit it before and I would know if I did. And since the exhaust install that car has not. I made sure to turn boost down, knowing id have more flow.

Had a thought...

Would the installation of NGK BRE6's have lead to the possible head gasket pop?
Maybe I should have installed NGK BRE7's?

Thinking out loud here.

A leaking head gasket would cause a lot of smoking out the exhaust.

I have NONE.

Is it possible that the coolant is being pushed out due to a bad water pump?

A bad Hg does not always smoke, if it is leaking between the cl and coolant it could be just leaking exhaust into the coolant

Did you ever get that smoke test and find out what was wrong ?
