Hi all,

Im just about ready to order a bunch of fittings & hoses to plumb up my 5SGTE.
Ill be buying fittings & hoses for oil filter/cool, fuel and maybe also power steering & gbox cooler.

So.... what are the pros/cons of braided (ss or nylon) VS pushlok ?

Thanks :)

I've done it both ways and for the simplicity (less chance of something going wrong). I've had great success with Aeroquip's socketless fittings and plan to use them again.

One single piece?
What do you mean?
I think he means if you "Cheap out" on ANY single bit on your fluid lines that bit WILL cause you grief later on.

Save your money, buy the good stuff not knock off stuff. Pay now or pay MORE later.

Call Josh at Autofab (410-796-8777) and I'll tell him to hook anybody from the board up on fittings and line. They stock a ton of the braided and push lock stuff and can offer some really good deals on that stuff. Just tell him you are from the alltrac board. They are the ones I set up the Moroso oil pan group buy through a little while back. There is also an 1-800 number on their website.
