ya me too, but this will work for now until i can buy one or make one. i still need to support the center.
 
This is great. Even better than a light pod would be to make the whole bar detachable. Hood mounted pods make it hard to open the hood. Also pods vibrate alot and you need supports to prevent that. I have seen fitted 185 pods but not 165.

just an idea, do you have enough room behind to drill another hole to route the wires behind for a cleaner look?

ya i was thinking of drilling holes on the flat stock behind and to the side for the wires, right now i just have them tucked down and in.

They are going to bounce all over the place!
They dont appear to be mounted anywhere near sturdy enough :(
You should mount them on some RHS or tube, not flat bar.

The moving lights will be more distracting than not having them at all.
