boosting issues

Hey guys i just got my st165 running but am having boosting problems. it has a mk 3 supra turbo(ct26 i believe) the previous owner clamped the TVSV shut and it has a blitz dual sbc controller. now i have followed all the install writeups on both how to install onto my alltrac and the blitz guide and it doesnt seem to work. i can make 5 psi boost but nothing more :bangshead: been bashing my head into a wall for about 2 weeks now. think its my actuator? bad boost controller?? some random air leak?? help me please!!

sounds like a leak to me, well I would pressurize the system just to see if theres any leaks in there...

But don't take anything for granted, it could be alot of things but hopefully it is only a small leak

im thinking its my wastgate actuator. anyone know of any after market replacements you could use that doesnt have tvis or whatever its called. i just want something simple that i can use with my electonic boost controller
