When I drive my alltrac from a cold start, after a few minutes that I get to a complete stop the RPMs drop low almost to the point of shutting down in the middle of the road. Any ideas why this happens?

The first thing I would do is to take off the Idle Air Control valve and clean it thoroughly. It's attached to the bottom of the throttle body where it accumulates oil and junk over time. It's not hard to take off but it's tricky to clean so make sure you really spend the time with some brake cleaner or degreaser or whatever but make sure the valve is moving easily through it's full range of motion. Then reinstall and reset the ECU. If you're still having issues make some small adjustments with the idle air screw on the throttle body.

If you're still having issues after that I'd start looking for other problems. Starting with vacuum leaks.
