St205 500whp 5s-gte project from Sweden

Hi, here's some info on my project.
I brought the car 5years ago and have modified it more and more since then.
For 3 years now I have used this setup and it's working great. My goal is to get a little more power hopefully 700hp 600whp and doing this without losing to much bottom end power.
Please give me feedback what you guys think ;-)

5s block and crank
H profil 5s rods
CP pistons stroker pistons 87,5 bore
3s gen3 head ported and polished
1mm oversized valvues from Ferrea
Gsc s1 264 gen3 cams
BC titanium retainers and solid 1zz lifters
Custom Swedish headstuds
Cometic stroker hg
Clevite bearings
1600cc densostyle injectors
Walbro 465l fuel pump
Link ecu
Caldina intake manifold
Yaris 1,0 coils
Celica wrc twin entry exhaust manifold with t3 adapter
Borg warner s254 twin entry, with 52mm turbinewheel
Gen3 lubrication system.

After last week's dyno I have around 500whp @5000rpm
Engine power is 596,5hk@5800rpm and 598ft@4350rpm
I boost 2bar, 29psi but it falls after 5800rpm to at 7000rpm 1,8bar 24psi and the turbo is completely maxed out. I have 3,8bar pressure in the manifold at 6500rpm

To next season I'm going to try a s259 with 56mm small end on turbinewheel.

The speed at 402m wasuntil t/h but that day was thfalls hottest day of thus summer so I think I can do better on colder conditions.
The turbo is 54mm inducer on compressor wheel and 52mm small size turbine wheel. Twin entry and 0,76AR I think. For next year I'm going to try a little more AR and 58/56 on wheel sizes.

The blue line is horsepower
Red line is torque
Thin red line is back pressure measured in the exhaust manifold.

The boost is peaking at 2,2bar and holds 2bar until 6000rpm after that it falls

Here are a few winter updates :D

This is my new rebuilt trd coilovers. i use koni inserts with both rebound and damping adjustable in fron and just rebound in the back. Hoping for a test drive for theas as soon as posible :)

My new custom manifold from pipedreams here in sweden, I´m going to use this with my new 46mm wastegate and a new a bit larger turbo BW s256 custom with 56mm inducer on the compressor wheel and 58mm exduser wheel with extended tip, this is the only exduser wheel with extended tip. hopefully this will do around 50-70hp, lets see this on the dyno later this summer. :)

I rechecked my engine block and changed my china conrods to new PAR engineering once and installed new toyota oem bearings in the engine, I also have changed the center diff to a new harder one from the gruopbuy on this forum.

I also have order 20mm wider glasfiber front fenders and TRD sideskirts. More pictures of this as soon as i get them. :)

New manifold test mounted and new color on the valvecover :D starting to look good this season
