this is the web site i used for the kit, then the -10 an 90 degree fitting and the oil drain pan adapter is needed. the only thing else i need to figure out is the oil feed fitting. I am going to measure the banjo fitting on the oil cooler and try to find a new replacement that has a -4an end on it. If that does not work i will adapt the oe banjo piece to -4an.

I bought the full kit off ebay except I think it was for some other engine that used a CT26. It has everything you listed and some other odds and ends but I was missing that M26 to 10AN adapter, thanks for posting that! IIRC that's a lot cheaper than the other "name brand" ones.

edit: their adjustable wastegate actuator is pretty slick too, I've never seen that before.

Do not buy this crap!! I bought one and its complete garbage. The actuator arm is too short to reach the wastegate flapper! So I welded an extension but the I noticed the bracket mounts the wastegate about 2 inch lower than the original wastegate, meaning it'll hit the transmission and it won't fit where it's supposed to. Another thing is the actuator arm unscrews itself, which is really odd, it becomes loose by itself. So in the end I spent a couple extra hours trying to fit this thing and it wont fit in the end. I strongly advise you stay away from this part!!

I am in the process of doing this as well. I believe the return line is too short so you may have to have one made. KO Racing makes a fitting that screws into the block that adapts to a -3 or -4 an.

I believe that's what the last adapter posted is for, except it's a lot cheaper than I remember KO being.

The kit I bought came with 10'' return and feed lines. Having to use a 90 degree fitting on the pan and 45 degree off the turbo. Have you set yours up yet? Would like to see some pictures of it all finished. I also do not have the factory oil cooler anymore.

KOracing sells a quality product, not to be compared with what is on this thread. Hence the price difference. Just look at the close up pic with that terrible machining on the fitting. The seat also looks very short to me

They also support the forum by being a sponsor, which is nice to get support back from the forum members :)

Last piece to the project, 4an brazed onto the m18 banjo for the oil feed line

So this project was not as easy as I had hoped lol. The oil return line was 2 inches too short. I had an m to FM piece made to make it work.

Be careful... quite a few people have had the feed pipe on these crack :(

There are better versions around that have a reinforced feed pipe.

How the heck do they brake that? Mine has plenty of hose on it and no tension.

As I told you in the PM, the vibration, poor material quality, thin flange, thin wall tubing, not to mention the distance from the fitting to the flange will put a lot of leverage on the weld area.
