If you know someone who can weld decently just get them to beef it up a little and you're good to go.

I'm just curious, what's wrong with the hard lines Toyota designed. As long as there are no kinks or cracks it doesn't get much more reliable.

Like I said mine is a bit custom but just finished the other day:

The fitting from KO Racing is -12 an so had to adapt it down a bit...

Had to use a 90 degree on the pan and 45 degree on the flange to get the 10'' drain line to fit. Feed line is right from the block.

How do you think the line will hold up to heat? Mine is close to the exhaust, going to heat wrap that area. Seems the inside of the line is poly, hope it doesn't melt.

Its -12 for a very good reason.
If you make the return too small, oil pressure builds up in the turbo and seeps past the seals.

-10 an is fine in my opinion. Not a big deal that it is -12 an though, I should've bought a 90 degree -12 an instead of adapting it to -10 an first. Would save room and maybe the line would reach the turbo. Oh well....lol
