Does my car have an airbag.

Hey guys, I have a 1990 Turbo 4WD. How do I check if i have an airbag?


I have yet to find any SRS logos anywhere or bright yellow plugs.

Help

I might be wrong, but all cars 91+ will come standard with an driver airbag, so before that, it could be optional.

If you have a steering wheel with 4 spokes and big bulgy center, it should have an airbag. The non-airbag wheel looks completely different.

If its a true canadian model (turbo 4WD) then it likely does not have an airbag. Best thing to do is just post a pic of the steering wheel.

It has a 3 spoke wheel, it isn't too buldgy so I have a feeling it does not have an air bag. And it is a true Canadian Turbo 4WD. When I get home from work I will post a picture of what it looks like.

If its three spoke and a canadian model it forsure has no airbag. I remember searching for an airbag on my canadian model with the 3 spoke wheel only learn they did not come with that option.
