Aright thanks... Would i be able to rebuild the steering rack from parts from the dealer or are there side specific parts?

Rebuilding a steering rack is not like doing a pump. It requires quite a few special tools and a fair bit of experience. That and they're a pain in the butt to remove with the engine in. Where are you located?

In this situation I would purchase an OEM reman LHD rack and then take it to the dealer and have them swap all the new components into your RHD unit. That way you get new inner tie rods and all plus they're pretty cheap (about 280$ when I bought mine). Go to the local toyota dealer and ask to speak to they're diagnostic specialist or shop foreman. They will know if they have the tools to do the job. They will have the specs on TIS.

TIS is only going to have LHD specs. RHD is probably the same for seals but the mechanical internals are [mostly] mirror image and not interchangeable.

And a lot of dealerships probably wouldn't touch that project because they don't usually rebuild racks and you're bringing in something they don't technically have any info on. Some would, you'll have to ask around and hope to get lucky.

What's wrong with it? Leaking?

I'm not sure if there is anything wrong with it.. But I'm thinking of rebuilding a car out of my RC body... It still has the steering rack so just want to change / rebuild it since there is no engine or anything, I'm located in Gatineau Quebec
