Luke, how much did that cost you?

And for sure everyone it right, the hardest part is the oil lines. you can mod the first gen oil line and try and make it work, but somehow it always fails. I also would like to get in on one of these kits, be it Lukes or Dannys. In case any of you thought this was expensive, I went to Toyota and asked about the oil feed/return lines. The small one (the 6" on with the crinkles) was $248.00 and the large return line was $275 (+/- a couple of bucks) so $500.00 for the stock line that doesn’t fit, that you have to grind and screw around with, and it will probably leak when you are done. Right now I have rubber lines on mine and they are leaking, I have two hose clamps per end and they still leak. We definitely need these kits.

UPDATE :

well ive spoken to a guy about the laser cutting. its going to be around 60 dollars for EACH flange alone so lets brake down the pricing and see who is intrested.

THESE ARE APPROXIMATES the more intrest possibly the lower price

Flange alone = 60
fittings = around 10 each needed atleast 4. ( i can get custom hoses made)
hose around 40 each ( need 2)
90degree elbow = 10

block adapter is 5 dollars
pan adapter around 5 aswell

JUST so u know i get the EXACT same adapter for block and pan with the same zinc plating for 5.87 EACH, thats canadian. so...........

so around 200 dollars a kit. i know this is expensive but if u care ull get it. please post weather or not your intrested. and please not that im not making anything off this so your gonna have to pay your shipping aswell.

Yup. I'm still in.
Like I said before it's like $300.00 for new stock, so we are still ahead of the game.

do we need to buy the lazered plate if we have our own, or dose the plate include the fittings already welded/tapped on it?

well im getting just the flange alone. im going to have to tap it and do the fittings on my own, or i could just ship it out and let u do it. i will however assemble the lines, because any idiot cant do that. there is a special techinician that does it

any news on this...?

i've got a stock 165 engine/turbo, but my turbo has no oil lines...figure if i'm gonna have to pay big $ anyway, i might as well try to get good lines.

I know this is an old thread. But I am looking to do the same to mine. Are there any good kits for this?

I was custom making them at the time, havent made any in a long time due to lack of demand.

:-( Swapping my turbo at the moment among other things, and I want the hoses/lines to be clear of dirt. So this kind of upgrade was a good thing to do now. Would really want something like this on mine.

There are these though.. but they do not respond to my mail so..

Actually might go for this:

Bumping this back up, what's the recommended size for the oil drain line? I know the KO adapter for the oil pan is -12AN, but taking a closer look at the kit I bought I believe it's got a -8AN fitting for the turbo drain.

Ive seen these kits on ebay, and had a customer come in with one. The lines are low quality, and a bit undersize IMO. I would stay with min -10AN drain. and -3 or -4 feed
