St185 turbo boost gauge stuck - no vacuum TPS

Hi all,

My all trac just got an overhaul and he cam seals, timing belt, all hoses, replaced rack and pinion, new clutch etc.

Everything works fine so far except for the turbo gauge. It's stuck under 0 and won't move under boast. The turbo seems to boost fine but the gauge doesn't move at all. Is there a sensor t piece loose or broken?

I'd be looking at the pressure sensor, its plumbing and its wiring. Does it show vacuum at all or just sit at 0?

Doesn't show any vacuum at all. Once the car is started the needle moved a few notches up but not receiving any vac under boost :/
